I ordered a fish set (steamed daily fresh fish with air-dried sea scallops vegetable rice).The daily soup was served to us first. We could tell that it was 青紅蘿蔔煲豬骨. The soup was very clear but there was no ingredient in it. The soup tasted alright and seemed to be free of MSG.Then the HK Bao Bao included in the set came. It was quite special with some peanut sauce and some sweet char siu bun-like sauce mixed with shredded meat, cucumber & 海蜇. The taste was ok but the bao bao could have been warm

This was my friend's order. It was black truffle fried rice with asparagus and egg tofu. When it was served to us, I could smell very good black truffle in it and it did look appealing. My friend said that it tasted good too.

Overall, food quality was ok but I would say it was overpriced especially given the portion. At such a cost, there were a lot of other better choices even in Central. Probably most of the cost went to the creativity and interior decoration, i.e. more for fun rather than the food.
