We were very excited to try this sourdough but it's really disappointing with a huge price tag. We got the regular sourdough loaf and tried it within an hour of purchase. The bread is very, very dense, and dry in an almost stale way: the crumb structure is dense and closed. The crust is hard and tasted actually burnt in some areas.
