Could not get into Pang's Kitchen tonight and was lucky of getting seats here at Dim Sum.Still a great place with great ambience and setting - all traditional Chinese or old Shanghainese furniture/style. Ordered our favorite dim sums includingVegi and minced pork dumplingschicken feet,bamboo and mince pork roll,boiled Choi Sum - vegetible (quite expensive, charging HKD55 a small plate) Pak Choi steamed dumplings, and stir-fried noodle with assorted vegitables - very crispy and creamy All great -

All great - no disappointment for the dim sum quality.
