I came to this Cha Chang Teng as I was hungry for a quick breakfast and it was in a good location. The set menu is quite typical (set menu is not available in English but the a la cart is). The food came and it was just barely edible. The fried egg was way overcooked and other items were just typical. There were barely anyone in the restaurant but the staff there took forever to take my order and were in unhappy mood since the morning.
