We celebrated friends' birthday on a Saturday night here at this Hotel ICON's lobby restaurant. I like the decoration with high ceiling, panels of window, and a large green ivy on the wall. It's a comfortable place. The ten of us were placed at the end of the restaurant at a long dining table. We had the four-course set dinner with house wine for a long stay there.I had the Salmon Three Ways, Onion Soup, Sea Bass, and Green Tea Chocolate Cake. I like my salmon appetizer and the cheesy onion soup
I had the Salmon Three Ways, Onion Soup, Sea Bass, and Green Tea Chocolate Cake. I like my salmon appetizer and the cheesy onion soup but the main course sea bass was a bit dry. As for dessert, we had to walk over to the dessert counter to choose ours. I chose the Green Tea cake and it's pretty good with matcha powder on top and krispies in the cake. My friend's choice for Vanilla Rose Chocolate cake was a disappointment though as it tasted and smelled like soap.

Service isn't impeccable because our table was dark and we had to ask for candle light and my friend got presented with wrong dish twice but otherwise, I appreciate their pleasantness.
