Two much-loved Japanese eateries, KIDO and UMAI are teaming up for a special collaboration. KIDO is known for its charcoal grill skewers, whilst robatayaki and yakitori are UMAI’s specialties. If you’re an egg lovers, you’re sure love this Japanese style Tamagoyaki with Mentaiko. The mild spiciness of the mentaiko brings out the fragrant eggy taste.
