For the food, not exactly to be fusion here, it's Japanese but named Chinesely. We have order:Sashimi cup: with sea urchin, roe, the ingredient is not as fresh as expected, and the urchin is somehow quite gamy in smelling. Super sashimi cup: basically the same but minced tuna added, not stunning, taste like the above.Chicken roll in perilla: very nice, recommend! roasted chicken totally blended with perilla, the smell and taste is wonderfully absorbed.3combo sashimi setRice rice rice,... 3combo sashimi set
Rice rice rice,... Very full with urchin scallop and shrimp and of coz rice rice rice. Like the sashimi cup above, the sashimi aren't really fresh despite the scallop.
Drink: Sapporo , normal
Decoration: u can feel some Chinese here with the costume on wall, menu, plate etc, not exactly fusion in cuisine.
Music is horrible, keep playing hardcore dance, people have to speak loudly, it's 18:00, perhaps a bit too early to have such boom chi boom chi.
