I have been studying and working around sai wan but I never discovered this shop until one day my friend brought me. This shop is famous for its noodles soak in soup. I tried the miso shrimp soup with the black pepper noodle. The miso shrimp soup wasnt too salty but it has the umami taste and impressive for any seafood lover. However, i think the noodle taste was not that important because the soup base has strong enough flavour to cover the noodle flavour. It was also a bit hot in the shop, pro
