Their 口水雞 “mouth-watering chicken” sauce would go with anything! The chicken itself doesn’t have much marination but still tender and meaty. Not much fat under the skin but with lots of collagen. They make an effort in plating also (see those wings?)I would ask for more sauce so I can drown everything in it. Definitely recommending this place for takeouts in the Sham Shui Po neighborhood.
