▪️ 𝑯𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒚 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒂𝒌𝒆 $118 👍🏽Have tried serveral famous soufflé pancake places, but A Happy Pancake is still on the top of my list. Tho it's not cheap for a dessert, it has the best texture among all. The pancakes there are consistently soft and fluffy, and never being undercooked. My fav flavor is this original one, simply just fresh clotted cream from Hokkaido and Manuka honey, but they are the excellent condiments to elevate the aroma from the pancake, and as how it's named, brings you happiness!--

Cake roll stuffed with honey cream and served with granola and cranberries. It was also good, but just not as impressive as their pancakes. Recommended to stick with the pancakes there. 🙊
