I wasn't informed by the staff until the SAME DAY, that my online booking made through openrice for a birthday dinner wasn't available! Just 6 hours before my arranged dinner time! The staff kept explaining to me that they weren't able to see my online reservation and it was due to their limited venue space and asked me to move my reservation to 8pm or later... I shouldn't accept such explanation, as in that case, they shouldn't have accepted any online booking at all if they are SO concerned wi
The staff kept explaining to me that they weren't able to see my online reservation and it was due to their limited venue space and asked me to move my reservation to 8pm or later... I shouldn't accept such explanation, as in that case, they shouldn't have accepted any online booking at all if they are SO concerned with their so-called limited SPACE! That's really disappointing for such a last-minute change which I am forced to make for my own birthday dinner which I have already informed my family long ago!
At least with some courtesy, they shouldn't inform me until TODAY!
