I didn’t have to wait long in line, probably around 10 minutes and was presented with the menu while waiting. I had a little trouble with the menu because my Chinese vocabulary is very limited. Usually places of this caliber should have at least an English menu. Anyhow, I ordered several things in the menu which include a sushi platter, ark shell sushi, salmon and avocado handroll and a salmon roe handroll. Didn’t have to wait to long before my food came. All the fishes were pretty fresh and well sliced, however there’s a big negative; the rice is mushy. Did the rice ruin the entire dish? Not exactly, but it is enough to turn something that could be good to something mediocre. I’ll probably give this place another try in the future, but not anytime soon.

As mentioned above, everything was platted nicely and was fresh, however there wasn’t anything that stands out.
