I recently tried SOMM in Central using BOC HK’s Cheers credit card one-for-one dining offer, and it was fantastic! The meal started with the rich and creamy aka uni "French Toast", a perfect umami bomb. Next, the home-cured tasmanian trout on buckwheat blini was smoky and balanced with tangy pickles. The gamberi rossi linguini had tender prawns and a flavorful yellow wine bisque—so satisfying! The toothfish was buttery with a crispy crust, while the yellow chicken was juicy with a delicious tarr
