First time to Ethos and pretty enjoyed the decent meals. I would say the decoration is very artistic and minimalism is adopted as well. Very comfy that I enjoyed the glimpse of silence. Delicious and generous portion of Smoked salmon risotto $98 w/ truffle dip on top, very rich and intense truffle aroma.
