roasted french spring chicken peperonata -the location was so convenient as it’s just next to the kwuntong mtr station ☺️ super accessible !-the tomato sauce was so rich with diced tomatoes 😀also it matched nicely with the roasted chicken -the spring chicken had a crispy skin and meat was still so tender and juicy 🤣 -it will be nice if it could be served with boneless
