Visited Apinara for lunch, ordered the wagyu beef boat noodles set. The set includes either a Tom Yum Kung or coconut chicken soup, I picked the Tom Yum Kung, the soup has a good balance of sour and spicy with a hint of lemongrass. For the boat noodles, the broth was rich with a deep brown color and the beef was of a decent quality, you can really taste the beef and it has a chewy texture without being stringy. The set includes either a Tom Yum Kung or coconut chicken soup, I picked the Tom Yum Kung, the soup has a good balance of sour and spicy with a hint of lemongrass. For the boat noodles, the broth was rich with a deep brown color and the beef was of a decent quality, you can really taste the beef and it has a chewy texture without being stringy. The lunch set also comes with a salad, appetizers, dessert and a drink, I particularly remember the sugar cane prawn as the sugar cane had quite a lot of juice to it and complemented the prawn perfectly. $180 is relatively pricey for a noodles set but still worth a try!
