Every dish was flavourful and is complex, yet innovative. However, I didn’t really enjoy the cucumber sauce for the beef, I thought another creamier sauce would compliment better.
I especially enjoyed the sunny side up cocktail, it was zesty and refreshing for a sunny day. I loved the combination of yuzu, jackfruit, egg white and calpis - the ice ball, like a sorbet which lasted till the end became part of my dessert.
Overall, I enjoyed my whole dining experience at COBO House, my experience would be even better if they have some curtain which block out the intense sunlight at the restaurant.
