Salmon pastrami ,the yuzu kosho vinaigrette and buttermilk dressing create a new chemcial reaction on taste. The smoked salmon with soft texture ,love the smoked armour.
$220 Crumbled black cod not oy have fired fish fillet, this combination with potted brown shrimp butter creamed avocado and herb. After cut it into half see the orange shrimp butter. It added chili powder so taste mild spice.
Crispy Fried cod perfectly matched with the avocado cream . I guess the cream added sour cream or yogurt. Slightly sour increase my appetite
$180 Ox cheek and bone marrow pie. What a funny and creative presentation. Soft and chewy beef cheek meat pie. Stout melted in my mouth. Pastry full of butter armour. Don't worry about table manner ,sup the stout bone.
Serve with Mashed potato
sweety, dessert is best way to remember the sweet time . $80 Millionaire tart with a chocolate tart ,salted caramel,dark chocolate ganache and large scoop pistachio ice cream. Strong nutty favour chocolate pie, highly recommend to sweet teeth.

you know, malt is brewing beer and wine, Malt icreaem is really sweet and won't make you drunk. Do u know a Hong Kong soy milk brand vitasoy? Malt icecream taste really like the malt soy milk .
