Fish fillet: 太淋, 冇魚味

疑似聖誕布甸+Vanilla 雪糕: 正常,冇特別

檸檬茶: 係冇味既

另一有關SERVICE 事件
17號朝早打左去呢間餐廳訂位,21號lunch time 9 位。去之前已有餐廳職員打來confirm booking,心想lunch time 都會confirm booking...Service 都幾好喎...

點知一去到先出事.....打來confirm booking 既果位餐廳職員將reserve 俾我地既9位既長枱俾左另一班顧客 (同樣9位)…原來餐廳職員係安排入座時,冇核對番姓名&電話,佢"以為" 係同一班人,於是就俾左張長枱佢地。

至於我地呢9位,就被迫要分開兩張枱 (一張5位, 一張4位咁分)...仲要係遠距離果隻,根本冇辦法可以傾到計

我同餐廳職員講....咁樣既arrangement 係完全unacceptable,佢只係reply "I understand your feeling" ,但完全冇諗住offer 其他options。

我見靠窗位置坐左兩位女士,就同餐廳職員講,你可唔可以嘗試問下果兩位女士介唔介意move 去張4人枱。佢問都冇問就話“they have not finished their lunch”。

間餐廳有咁既服務態度,D野幾好食都唔會想再幫襯啦!

I think it were definitely the * issue by not verifying the book. Nonetheless, your request to move other customers, if there were already food on the table, upon your request may be a bit far-fetched, Imagine what's your feelings if someone ask you to move in the middle of a meal. So, I think the * has done the right thing not to disturb other customer and not to entertain your request despite it is its wrong at the beginning.
