The xiaolongbao is really juicy, and the soup is very flavorful! The skin is thin and chewy, one bite after another 😝. Everything else is also very chewy. I saw the chef hand-pulling noodles, tried the dandan noodles with pork neck soup base, the pork neck was fried to perfection!The shredded chicken with vermicelli is decent, and also ordered a pan-fried red bean pancake, very generous with the filling.小籠包真係超多汁，湯頭10分足夠！ 皮薄煙靭，一口接一口😝 佢其他面都非常煙靭，見到師傅喺度用手拉麵，試咗個擔擔麵湯底底豬頸肉，豬頸肉都煎到好香！ 雞絲粉皮中規中矩，另外叫咗香煎豆沙薄餅
