There were then the following garnishes, which matched surprisingly well with each other: The “orange” was mango pulp mixed with tōgarashi, and tasted sour-sweet and spicy🥭 The “brownish-red” was chorizo sausage cubes - they were slightly dry and a bit tough, but their small size made them easy to chew😆 Finally, the “white” and “yellow” together looked like a poached egg with broken yolk, but the former was actually burrata cheese🤩!

✏️ 呢件芝士蛋糕系咖啡店嘅另一碟Signature😋 蛋糕面焗到㶶晒，凹凸不平，核突得嚟又好靓!🤣 要整一件好食嘅巴斯克芝士蛋糕时间要掌握得好好，先会整到外面好似焦糖，入面又有流心嘅感觉😯
我哋件蛋糕一嚟到暖暖哋，食落去好creamy好重芝士味🧀 我哋喺Openrice见到其他人嘅蛋糕会有少少流心，我哋𠮶件就冇乜啦😢 不过佢依然好好食😋

The Burnt Cheesecake is another signature dish😋. It was evenly tanned on top and burnt in spots - and was both ugly and beautiful! 🤣 The key to making a successful Basque cheesecake is perfect baking time - it should not remain in the oven longer than necessary to give the outside a caramelized touch and to keep the inside smooth and gooey😯
The cake we had was warm when it was served, had an intense cheese flavour and was smooth and creamy inside🧀 We saw that some customers’ Burnt Cheesecake had an oozy centre. We weren’t lucky enough to have one with an oozy centre😢 but it still was very delicious 😋
