煙火雞班尼迪意大利包配自家蛋黃醬煙火雞驚喜地不像一般火雞般乾巴巴，其淡淡的煙薰味，與香甜的蛋黃醬蠻配的。意大利包則有點兒過硬。Not many restaurants in HK offer Smoked Turkey Egg Benedict, and it went well with the runny egg yolk and hollandaise. The bread was a bit tough tho.
