Though the queue seemed long (8 - 10 people in the queue), but it only took around 5 minutes for my turn.The food quality remained good after take away back home for dinner at night (after around 3 hours). All food was put in skewers (each skewer costs around $10), they were 爽, 入味 and the taste was just appropriate (not too salty and even with a taste of sweetness). They went with very well with their sauces (秘製豉油, 甜醤及芥茉) The service was good with the people there very professional and quick. Th

The service was good with the people there very professional and quick. The shop was quite clean in general.
Photos were posted in the shop for its popularity and the shop was even recommended in tourist books in China.
Suggest to include more food types e.g. 牛柏葉, 螺肉.
