文華海南雞飯雞油飯的飯質不算靚，
但夠蒜香雞油香味，
雞不算滑但夠腍，味道ok，
湯味道ok，有豆腐，郤不太咸。
新加坡肉骨茶配白飯
湯很夠熱，夠胡椒味，
伴有一大件蒜頭，蒜很腍很香，
有幾大件肉，多豆卜和金菇，
和一碟油炸鬼，
整體也很好。
Mandarin Chicken RiceThe quality of grain itself was not very good but with nice flavour of garlic and chicken fat.
The chicken was tender but not very smooth.
The soup was not too salty. It contained tofu. Tasted good.
Singapore Bak Kit Teh with RiceThe soup was very hot and peppery,
accompanied with a large piece of garlic which was very tender with nice flavour.
There were several pieces of meat, beancurd puff and enoki mushrooms. A plate of deep-fried dough sticks were served on side. Overall was very good.
