我唔係成日寫食評,因為冇乜時間。通常我寫親一係超好食,一係超難食。尋日情人節同男友食完西餐,之後諗住食碗中式糖水。尖咀區好似冇咩糖水舖,搵搵下見到大良八記諗住老字號實冇走雞啦。佢個新裝修+新餐牌勁似許留山,冇晒特式,呢個其實都冇所謂。我叫咗腐竹雞蛋糖水,男友叫咗杏仁糊,再加個燒賣。嗰碟8蚊6粒嘅燒賣,絕對係我食過最難食嘅! d燒賣咬落一舊粉,咩質咁都冇,味又冇,我地覺得係返蒸咗n咁多次發晒水咁嘅款,同埋佢連燒賣應有嘅黃色皮都冇,只係有少少好淡嘅黃色喺表面,我覺得真係蒸/煮得太耐太濕爛咗塊皮,d淡黃色係之前塊皮甩落去咁! 我食咗一粒已經唔想食。糖水嘅味道係ok,但我個腐竹雞蛋糖水一片腐竹都搵唔到,因為煲到完全爛晒,爛到好似d粉咁細。平時去邊到食都唔會咁,通常都會一片片指甲咁嘅size。白果得半粒,隻蛋ok,但係其實我個位上一手又係食完腐竹雞蛋糖水但食剩隻蛋,我叫佢煮d嘅煮食咁,我真係又d擔心我隻蛋係上一手嗰碗嚟嘅!今次大良八記真係超唔掂,直頭令我想blacklist晒佢所有分店! 呢間分店咁嘅質素都仲有咁多客,我覺得只係因為位置方便,附近少糖水舖同埋大良八記個招牌! 佢唔改善我覺得佢好快
