We ordered 燒肉飯, 乳豬飯, and 1 can of coke. Although those 燒肉 contains little fat layer, the meat textue is extremly tender and juicy. Those 乳豬 looks fat but the skin is extremly crispy and the suckling pig meat are also soft and juicy. As a die-hard fans of Wing Hop Lung, I found no reasons for not having a meal there during my 2-weeks stay in HK. If I can rank both Wing Hop Lung ("WHL") and Tai Hing ("TH"), I probably offer the same overall score to them. However, WHL offers extremely high qu

Thus, I would give a 9.5 /10 to WHL (food only) since its services and environment is purely a traditional 燒蠟店 (i.e., 零裝修和零服務)
The final bill was about HK$115.
Just a friendly reminder, most of the 燒蠟 are salty in taste. So, please prepare a bottle of beverage / water after having 燒蠟 (including WHL's)
题外话/补充资料:
Expensive? My answer is "It's definitely a pricey 燒蠟店, but still at the affordable range. "
Since its quality is relatively high, probably in the "Top 3" in Kowloon, I am still happy to pay such price to dine in there.
