超差服務‼️‼️‼️絕對不會去🤬🤬🤬如果你收藏了這家餐廳,慎重看完我這篇!首先好多年前朋友帶我去過呢間餐廳,不過不失,突然見到想生日喺嗰度慶祝,打去訂Private room。結果短短5分鐘對話,真係全香港未見過一間服務質素咁惡劣嘅餐廳,激到要擺上網!首先個staff一開始就擺款話: the private rooms are ALWAYS FULL, you know, not many availability...blah blah blah. 我連日期都未講,於是好聲好氣問佢嗰日有無位,佢重覆幾次話自己不幾Full, check完點知咪又即刻有位😑咁一group朋友食飯,我都有責任了解下食啲咩,咁多年無去可能有改變架嘛。我下一步問: what’s the menu like? Any menu for groups? 個staff開始不停強調去佢地餐廳嘅人都好清楚佢地嘅菜式,佢地無set架,總之完全無回答我問題,一味吹佢地有幾勁。其實有咩勁餐廳未食過?再勁都好肯服務客人,以優質服務態度回答下問題啦。俾顧客了解Menu有咩問題?!我開始有啲嬲,答佢: 你地Openrice又無咩info

我開始有啲嬲,答佢: 你地Openrice又無咩info呀嘛我好難會知架喎?個Staff竟然咁講(我需要quote番佢): Oh I think I’m spending too much time on this, as I said, customers who came here know our menu and we don’t need to advertise about it, so that’s why there aren’t any information on OpenRice. 我著左,話: This is definitely not the level of service I’m looking for. 佢再接再厲: yes as I said, I already spent more than enough time on this, the private room is always popular, OR maybe it’s better that you cancel...blah blah blah.
真心覺得可笑!這是什麼回答?! 🤯🤬🤯🤬
浪費太多時間在一個誠心打去Book table的顧客身上?真的只是做熟客生意而新顧客可以這樣得罪也覺得沒錯嗎?
聽電話的那人如果是員工,做老闆的你認真考慮一下餐廳的前途吧!
如果接電話的是餐廳老闆,抱歉我真的不能不投訴,這種體驗,近十年除了茶餐廳以外真的沒有遇過!絕對不會幫襯 🤬
