汉堡包上面插住脆烟肉同火箭菜
成个造型好加分
虽然和牛肉饼无爆肉汁
但系肉味都算香浓
半凝固嘅芝士酱味道唔太咸
唔会盖过晒牛肉嘅味道
满意
I like burgers

Perfect with beer
Saw this one on the menu with wagyu beef and cheese lava
No hesitation
A nice presentation to the table
Its signature cheese lava was really attractive
Even better with the crispy bacon and baby rocket leaves planted on the burger
Though the patty wasn’t very juicy
It tasted pretty good
The cheese lava wasn’t too salty
Everything was balanced
Could be an encore

呢个口感我系接受嘅

So satisfying
Baby back ribs were slow cooked
Meat was so tender that
It fell off the bone itself in our mouth
I was fine with this texture
But my companion doubted it
Anyhow we both liked how it tasted

味道同口感都层次丰富

Quinoa, pine nuts, avocado
Blueberries, figs, shredded cauliflower
Ricotta cheese on top
