We went having read the reviews as this restaurant seemed to be exactly what we were looking for, both location and variety of food. Upon arrival, we were arranged to sit in the main dining area, the staff kindly recommended some daily fresh and special dishes for us. We ordered a selection of dishes including salad, soup, skewers, white-fleshed fish sashimi and sashimi bowl, all of which were delivered very nicely.
I particularly enjoyed the skewered dishes, especially the grilled fresh eel. The eel was incredibly fresh, with a firm texture and crispy skin. Another highlight of the evening was the sashimi bowl, which was recommended by the staff. It was filled with fresh and juicy catches of sashimi that would be changed daily, and the rice was elevated to another level. To finish our meal, we ordered a seafood soup that bursted with umami flavor from the clear seafood broth. It was the perfect palate cleanser to end the meal.
We were very happy with the service and were truly pleased with our dining experience. I was just about to book our next visit to The Yuu, with a bigger group of friends!
我哋睇咗啲食評，覺得呢間餐廳都幾啱我地要求，地點幾好而且食物種類都幾多。我哋坐咗喺主用餐區，服務員介紹咗啲每日推介嘅菜式例如今日精選嘅刺身俾我哋。我哋點咗啲沙律、湯、串燒、白身魚刺身同埋魚生飯，每碟味道同擺盤都幾好。
我特別鍾意串燒，尤其係燒活鰻。鰻魚好新鮮，口感彈牙，皮脆肉嫩。今晚另一個亮點係魚生飯，由服務員推介。刺身好新鮮，每日款式唔同，會由師傅睇每日有咩新鮮嘅魚生而定，配埋醋飯令魚生更鮮美。最後，我哋叫咗一壺海鮮湯，湯雖然清，但味道好鮮甜。
