Don't really come much to Asian restaurants like these which seem to be more for overseas tourists and a bit too exotic to be the authentic cuisine. 中國娃娃 -Made with Chu Yeh Ching, Triple Sec, Grenadine and Grapefruit Juice, this was interesting with its Chinese component which gave it a good floral flavour.

-黑醋排骨The Dark Vinegar spare ribs were surprisingly very good, coming from a King Parrot group restaurant. The vinegar wasn't overly acidic or sugary, but thick and had a glossy sauce which coated the fried ribs. Balanced lean meat vs fat ratio, with great sauce and good frying skills made this a surprise of the evening.
Title: * This restaurant's name is called 天與地, which coincides with the recent TVB drama which was based on the theme of cannibalism and its consequences and side effects years down the track!
