老樹紅茶雪糕球 ($18)
雪糕反而有驚喜 茶味出奇地好郁 同時亦都有奶香 質感偏creamy冇冰感
The ice cream was actually surprisingly good! It was milky and had a strong black tea taste, almost like a rich tasting milk tea. The consistency was also smooth and creamy instead of feeling icy like a sorbet - which is definitely a plus.

泰式奶茶卷蛋 ($42)
卷蛋冇chiffon咁輕盈反而比較實身 食落係好典型嘅泰式奶茶味所以亦都偏甜 而且啲cream都有茶味可惜質感相比起戚風蛋糕嘅更膩同heavy
Sadly the roll cake was less fluffy than the chiffon cake, it has a slightly rougher texture and a denser feel to it. It did taste a lot like thai tea though, which also meant that it was slightly on the sweeter side. The cream in the center was definitely infused with thai tea flavours, which made it a bit more heavy than the cream in the chiffon cake.
