住美孚嘅一定識，但係區外人就好難會發現呢間開響平台嘅隱世上海麵。店舖細到放4張圓檯都勁迫，為嘅都係最出名嘅嫩雞煨麵，其實我覺得佢嘅蔥油撈麵仲好食👍 大排麵嘅豬扒就咸咗啲，不過佢嘅麵質滑嘟嘟又幼滑，大家有機會又試吓鍾意邊款麵 🫶Tiny shop in MeiFoo packed with authentic Shanghainese flavors! Tender chicken braised noodles is their signature dish. The fried pork chop is thin, crispy not greasy but salty to me. Scallion oil noodles are just cooked noodles coated with a shiny and brown sauce, topped with fried scallions. Simple but flavourful. My favorite!
