Finally tried out Yakinikumafia and this totally lived up to its hype! 🥩 ✨ We tried out the 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂𝗷𝗶𝘀𝗸𝗮𝗻 experience, which is perfect for those who can’t decide between yakiniku or shabu shabu, because here, you can get both to satisfy your cravings! Prices start at $350 hkd per person and comes with your choice of 𝙬𝙖𝙜𝙮𝙪 𝙗𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙝, 𝙘𝙖𝙗𝙗𝙖𝙜𝙚, 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨, 𝙙𝙖𝙞𝙠𝙤𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙯𝙪, 𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙪𝙘𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙖𝙜𝙮𝙪𝙟𝙞𝙨𝙠𝙖𝙣 𝙨𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙚. Meat comes separately and the price is dependent on the cuts you choose. Here, we opted for the 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣 and 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙪𝙢 𝙊𝙯𝙖𝙠𝙞 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙛, priced at $480 hkd and $500 hkd respectively. 📝 Overall review:— Loved how interactive this was, you can choose between the staff cooking for you, or, you can opt to take control of your own culinary experience by cooking your own meat and veggies the way you like them!— You start off the experience with the yakiniku part then move onto the shabu shabu. We opted for their signature non-spicy wagyu bone broth which was so flavourful and full of umami goodness. Hot broth is splashed onto the grill surface along with the remaining aromatic oils from the yakiniku, making the broth even more fragrant. — Both cuts of meat were equally as delicious. The marbling on it was perfect, and the meat was incredibly tender and juicy. Not to mention, the beef flavours were strong and didn’t require any additional seasoning.— Veggies were fresh, crisp, and absorbed the flavours of the broth nicely. I also really recommend ordering a portion of ramen as it goes so well with the broth and is a great way to fill you up too! — Overall, loved the fun vibes here and food was really high quality.

上次试左湾仔嘅Wagyumafia,今次到佢嘅姐妹店上环嘅Yakinikumafia。适逢生日,好友同我庆祝,多谢🥰。地点系上环水坑口街一幢翻新嘅商厦入边,型格嘅装修。好似去左机场咁。入门口嘅右边嘅冻柜放左最重要嘅食材,和牛。俾顾客睇下啲牛有几肥美🤤。对住cashiser 有一个登机牌,生日或者节日庆祝都可以预先同餐厅讲,安排返祝福语句。需要预先网上订位同落订。餐牌方面,分左烧牛同Shabu Shabu。叫烧牛嘅话就冇其他嘢可以追加。Shabu Shabu 就可以再追加其他牛嘅部位或者蔬菜。想试哂烧牛或者Shabu Shabu 都可以叫哂两款。上菜嘅时候,唔少得嘅一定系佢地集团嘅招牌手势,Chok 住咁上菜。上菜时记得准备相机。🐄Yakiniku Signature BBQ plate combo set $500🐮有150g 嘅和牛拼盘,有三款和牛分别系Fatty (Otoro) 拖罗最肥美嘅部位,密密麻麻嘅雪花,油脂丰富。每块肉嘅厚度恰到好处,齿颊留香。Medium (Chutoro) 中拖罗比起赤身多少少脂肪,食起上黎油脂同肉嘅比例刚刚好。Lean (Akami) 赤身肉质软嫩,肉味比较淡。🥣牛骨汤 清清地但又好牛味,几特别🥒青瓜🥄烧汁配左兰王蛋同萝白蓉🥗柚子萝白蓉 好香柚子味🍚套餐跟左一碗白饭🥫酱汁有餐厅自家制嘅柚子酱同辣酱🧂盐同胡椒🍺Wagyumafia Yuzu IPA $90 冇柚子味🤨🍺Asahi Draft $70整体嚟讲,和牛都好高质素,不过就略嫌牛肉味唔系好够。服务不错,帮我地影完相,侍应有同我讲生日快乐。态度亲切。装修有特色,非常适合打卡。价钱略贵。不过大致非常满意,值得推介。

终于有机会试到呢间烧肉店啦~话说朋友打左几次电话去book 位都无人听,睇返open rice 先知要上网book 枱先得架😂OpenRice 是好帮手~~Combo set $500 per person(小贵)一碟有三款牛肉(fatty, medium 同 lean)共150g,和牛味几香。🌟推荐🌟Fatty :入口即溶,劲好食😋!Medium:麻麻地,好靭Lean:唔错,好香和牛味👍🏻跟餐仲有青瓜(太咸)、柚子配白萝卜蓉(唔辣,爽甜)、牛骨汤(好香牛味👍🏻)点牛肉嘅BBQ酱汁配生蛋黄。本人唔食生蛋,可以同佢讲唔要生蛋黄。温泉水煮嘅饭,第一啖食落口好似阵碱水味,食耐左就同普通珍珠饭差不多,都香软同有𡁻口👍🏻👍🏻侍应系有少少chur,未睇完menu 就催人落单。不过整体都ok 嘅,影相果阵仲会帮手打灯。打卡位好开心🤣仲有打灯服务

食物正常外国籍的服务员都好好,搞气氛牛肉都几好,虽然pricey,但多款调味但一位 HK 男店面员工,带眼镜1)极无礼貌,黑口黑面食饭时不断给客人压力2)未食完野,但知道你无额外食物加,即刻放低张单,无啦啦叫你埋单,个时只系进食了约半小时,食饭好似快餐咁?而当时店里只有另一台客而已食物再好都唔会再来500/head唔平,但poor services好食的牛肉,大把地方都有,但这样赶客,不了。请老板好好正视这位员工问题客人来消费 不是来看面色

Yakinikumafia 是著名和牛食府wagumafia 和牛黑手党的副线餐厅,品牌独家引入私人牧场的尾崎和牛,以高级、矜贵的和牛作主角,为客人提供高质素的烧肉体验。餐厅以丹麦哥本哈根国际机场为设计概念,以纪念主理人创店初期大量出口和牛至哥本哈根以及常到访哥本哈根的往事,同时亦象征餐厅全新起航。作为继东京本店后的第二家分店,餐厅的服务非常有诚意,每张桌子均设无烟烧烤炉,上菜时亦延续了wagumafia的仪式感,令用餐体验更有气氛。套餐的牛肉分为3类,从lean到medium 再到fatty,香味以及油脂均循序渐进地增加,酱汁的调味亦控制得很不错。最后以日本直送的盐味牛奶雪糕作结,确实是顿很满足的晚餐。惟套餐中和牛的份量只有150g,男生可能需要add on才够饱肚。
