每朝返工都会买杯咖啡，上环有好多coffee shop，但自从Y not开左之后我就只会帮衬佢。佢只做外卖，无位坐，门面细细，个价位唔平架，但试过一次就觉得值得。试过佢既latte, signature latte, cappuccino，最爱都系flat white。佢呢度既咖啡好香，奶泡好浓好滑，口感同出面既争太远。就算系take away，都会好有心机拉花，一赞可惜得一间店，如果多几间分店就好，方便啲😬

Honestly my husband and I can't rave more about this cafe. I live in Melbourne Australia so to impress me with coffee is extremely hard. We have some of the best of the best barista, however I must say I think the consistency at Y-not is perfection. Every time we go for a quick coffee hit has been perfect! We have been all over Hong Kong and by far this place has the best coffee. I even dare to say it's one of best coffee's I have ever tasted. My advice for whoever is the owner is to not open too many shops as it can be hard for quality control. I always look forward to the coffee here. My recommendation is to try the latte and rose latte. The only negative is that the service wasn't the best, not to say the staff were rude but they weren't exactly the most friendly and seems pretty bored. Sometimes a smile is nice to see even if you don't have a long chat.

This is actually the second time I've had Y not and both times were great! First time I got a double shot espresso as I was actually hoping they would have Nitro coffee but they said the machine in causeway bay is not working anymore. A bit disappointed but the espresso was good! And now this time I was a the sheung wan location and saw they had the nitro tap, but once again they were out and didn't have it in operation. I saw they had "soda coffee" and decided to try it. Turns out it was actually really good. Wasn't sure what to expect with this but basically it's a double shot espresso plus soda. The soda dilutes it a bit but also brings out the flavor of the espresso and you get to taste A lot of the notes in the flavor that is usually a bit too overwhelming when you get the espresso straight up. Too bad there's no nitro coffee anymore but I'll be back for the soda coffee!

同个同事讲起上环呢度咁多cafe, 作为coffee lover佢话要见一间试一间。我就几大都唔搏，呢度又唔似得澳洲求其买杯house blend都唔会死得人。大佬俾40蚊买杯咖啡，唔好饮真系会灰成个下昼㗎嘛。佢试到呢间就包胶返话个flat white得，我即刻满心欢喜，因为自己钟意饮多奶嘅咖啡，加上未饮过边间flat white系真系做得似样嘅。上次去咗太子/深水埗交界间cafe饮杯flat white, 佢个menu画到好言之有物话flat white个奶泡要去到几多云云，但系一叫出嚟𠮶下都系fail咗。。。讲返正题，星期三lunch时间走到过去，铺面干净简单唔花巧，一眼见晒两块黑版仔嘅menu+两位台员，心郁郁之下见佢有块好temp嘅牌写住"Signature Latte"即刻就扑搥。八挂如我就问下店员哥哥signature同普通有咩分别，佢就答话基本上啡同奶个料系一样嘅，但系个奶泡做出嚟会绵啲密啲滑啲！叫咗杯中size盛惠40蚊。极速俾到我，仲要半透明嘅杯盖底下有拉花！个杯盖好特别有粒黑色plug仔俾你掹出嚟放热饮管，都颇钟意个杯嘅design. sip一啖啡，香滑顺喉，温度刚好。奶啡平衡得好好，咖啡底个调个人好钟意，带酸但系唔会有涩嘅感觉，浓但系唔会令人觉得"火农". 多一间好嘅咖啡店虽然只系做take away, 但系好过成日净系可以帮衬*巴克/太平洋丫。希望keep到个味啦！下次试下佢啲唔同味嘅latte先！

In terms of coffee quality, one of the best I've had in HK. Friendly staff, quick service and overall a great for a quick coffee stop.
