🥰 早年对亚州菜 Fine Dining 十分抗拒, 直到遇上 Mosu 同埋 Seroja, 再睇埋 黑白大厨, 震撼了. 今日相约 “师妹” 嚟到 米芝一星新加坡餐厅 Whey.🏘️ 餐厅位于中上环商业大厦一楼. 大厅长方楼面, 格局黑鼆鼆, 设多张小圆枱小方枱, 零窗境.🥢 晩餐 $1,380+10%, 另加鲍鱼面 $298+10%, 猫山王榴梿雪糕 $168+10%, 配酒 $898+10%. 最唔顺气系清水位位 $38+10%.🦑 sotong tartlet. 青苹果鱿鱼挞, 鱼子酱舖面, 香茅味道跑出, 第一道菜充满东南亚风情.🍘 bakkwa bao. 肉干面包, 煎堆皮, 食落泡芙口感, 味道就系 沙嗲牛肉包, 不俗! 前菜味道已经好浓.🐟 Lohei Yusheng. “捞起鱼生” 早见于唐朝, 始于广东省, 多用鲩鱼. 今晚用上吞拿鱼, 绝配酸汁, 搅掂! 当然完全唔似 “捞起”… 🥐 Whey’s Buah Keluak Mi Pau. 面包, 够热够脆, 呢个出奇哋有惊喜. 服务员亦将原材料粟子壳攞俾你睇, 哈.🐟 Sawara. 鲭鱼, 配一片象拔蚌. 鲭鱼唔鞋, 但冇乜特别, 象拔蚌唔知做乜.🐚 Asam Laksa Dry Noodles, $298+10%. 鲍鱼玩到完全腍晒, 好食嘅, 亚参喇沙味道嘅冷面, 几有趣.🤗 Roasted Three-Yellow Ayam. 一如预期, 主菜就系普通. 鸡算稳阵, 配菜带苦涩味, 扣分.🦞 Nasi Ulam. 玩烟熏, 上菜烟雾效果又加分. 龙虾肉分开上, 极优质. 印尼饭好食㖞, 配辣椒酱真系一流.🍁 Starfruit Sorbet. 清下口.🥥 Coconut Ice Cream. 椰子味道唔算明显, 一般般.🍨 Maoshan Wang Durian Ice Cream, $168+10%. 老实讲, 鱼子酱多此一举, 用嚟托住价钱, 榴梿雪糕唔值咁贵, 不建议.🍪 assorted kuehs. 即系 Petit Fours, 完美结束!🤗 总结: 东南亚主题限制咗发挥, 但定价相对合理, 初访可以考虑唔要加钱项目, 配酒六杯, 有心思. 用餐体验合格, 值得一试.

Food is nicely curated and presented. Wine is fine, given the price is high. Would say it's a good dning experience overall, but any re-visit may not happen for myself, as the same amount of money would go to a more traditional fine-dining restaurant with time-honoured culinary creations. Whey is overall good, with new inventions, but the dismal impressiveness would simply mean it's not really worth it.P.S. Service is just so-so. Not particularly even warm.

暂时试过咁多间米芝莲⭐️最麻麻哋嘅一间😂同埋portion好细,可能试dinner会更好🐟鱼生+花生酱冇特别🥧鱼子酱,青苹果,鱿鱼挞tart好看>好食🥯炸馒头里面系猪肉干& cream cheese,几钟意呢个🍞面包系好食嘅,外表烘到脆脆地甜甜地🐠马友鱼饭都好食,钟意喺枱前开饭盖嘅仪式感,香料都用得好好,不过感觉其他东南亚餐厅都可以做到呢个味道?🧁作为甜品控,最失望就系椰子雪糕冇椰子味🎂因为庆祝朋友生日,所以送了斑斓basque cheesecake🍬petite fours就真心难食哈哈
