成间店只系做一款全牛嘅Tasting Menu (除甜品之外)想食Fine Dining又想满足食牛嘅欲望一定系呢到!就连 book 枱𠮶时收到嘅 confirmation message 都劲有心机做到成个机密文件咁🤫每晚只系招待 5 组客人,可以放心唔会赶你走,唔会见到熟人(偷情都唔会比人知??🤣)以二战时期丘吉尔的办公室为餐厅主题,体验一晚丘吉尔的生活想追求 full experience 可以加埋 Wine Pairing 试邱吉尔每朝都会当水饮嘅Whisky Soda 同埋生平开超过42,000枝,佢至爱嘅 Champagne🍾不过我更加钟意配鹿儿岛A5和牛嘅波尔多红酒 单宁唔会太强,少少皮革味,饮落soft 同 supple 多啲◞手工玻璃面包配自家制牛油🍞🧈一开始无限 refill嘅crystal bread 好薄又松脆!自家制牛油用日本A5和牛脂肪嚟整即使搽到成块包都系牛油,食落口都唔觉得油腻~◞雪茄生牛肉他他你以为喺雪茄? 原来系 Beef Tartarte~摸上手都唔会好油,外层用炸春卷皮包住USDA prime 牛肩他他仲有椰丝去制造烟丝效果,配埋个酱汁好开胃◞黄金蚝牛批切唔开添🤣🤣 因为酥皮下面真系包住成个岩手县原只壳蚝,仲酿咗啲牛肉落去!都几唔错◞牛肉佐花椰菜慕斯同印度嘅Pani Puri类似,不过个馅系牛肉粒+咖喱+沙茶酱,味道就淡左啲啲同埋要快啲食🤣 因为啲汁好快就搞到个 puri 塌咗◞花雕牛肉清汤Fine dine 少见嘅清汤,要清清个味蕾~汤头跟足法式做法,再加埋鲍鱼粒、白菌、杞子、红枣同慢煮12小时牛肩又中又法式听落好搞笑但好好饮!◞厨师发办主食二重奏—— 和牛汉堡,食落劲 juicy 配埋松露酱一啖咬落去超满足 ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و配菜喺好香口嘅薯仔丝—— 和牛板腱建议+$90升级A5鹿儿岛和牛~前者啖啖肉味,软中带爽,切出嚟颜色粉嫩好靓后者细细旧入口即化,齿颊留香Side Dish 系炸蔬菜薯波配红酒烩啤梨同牛肉汁◞顶级M9+和牛煲仔饭以后见到煲仔饭都会谂起呢间餐厅!全晚最印象深刻嘅菜式!竟然系 Fine Dine 食到 15min 即煮煲仔饭!个人觉得唔洗额外加牛肝菌已经好满足~~~~用咗全澳洲得 5%、每日食2kg朱古力大嘅M9+全血和牛Mayura (牛比我食得更好...)仲落咗鹅油去啲饭到,每粒米饭索饱晒油香仲有劲多卜卜脆嘅饭焦好正!开心~~◞蕃红花鸡蛋甜品原来蕃红花可以做甜品?个味道系几特别的但我都系钟意底层嘅香芒雪葩多啲hahaha🥭打碎低卡糖整嘅鸡蛋壳,再配菠萝焦糖粒同椰浆忌廉旁边个酱汁仲有啲杞子(?)菊花(?) 嘅味道添!整体食落几清新~✨◞8道菜全牛宴嘅 fine dining 用历史人物做 storytelling 去呈现成餐饭唔知你又会不会想试呢?◞⚘ 8-courses Tasting Menu $780/pp⚘ Churchill’s Routine Wine Pairing +$399/pp⸝ Whisky, top with Soda⸝ NV Pol Roger Brut Reserve, Champagne⸝ 2015 Chevalier de Lascombes, Red (2nd label of Ch. The best service I have ever had.The atmosphere is so cool, with the agents styled in a World War II theme. I chose this place for my partner's birthday, and he loves it. The food is extremely reasonable—$798 for an 8-course high-quality meal. Plus, there was no charge for bringing in a birthday cake.The staff is super nice; out of respect, they ask if you prefer to have the explanation in English or Chinese. I've never had this option in Hong Kong, even in high-class restaurants. This is very respectful. Also, the staff member “Yin” assisted us in changing the food due to my partner's allergies.
