vission由旧年到今年人气依然 唔只有其他地方游客最钟意嘅抹茶酥皮 tiramisu挞 自从新开左隔离嘅vission nine（蛋糕version）之后更多左其他口味嘅挞同蛋糕🗻matcha fuji mountain 抹茶富士山💰85呢个系挞之中唯一几个我会钟意嘅（因为唔食酥皮haha） 表面系撒过抹茶粉嘅mascarpone 由于撒粉位置嘅关系 可以见到由白色到绿色嘅渐变 似足富士山咁 入面揭开系抹茶海绵蛋糕 口感类似被浸湿过 所以已经冇乜蛋糕体嘅感觉 再下面一层系抹茶生朱古力（类似royce） 最下面就系挞皮 一开始会觉得好满足 以内抹茶生朱古力同抹茶蛋糕加抹茶粉三重口感但系都强调左抹茶真系好正 但系越食越漏 同埋挞皮虽然系曲奇但系硬到用佢地比嘅纸叉系唔会笃得碎 而且冇咩香味🍫fudgy chocolate block💰65虽然好想拣brokkie 但呢款好似更特别 表面系朱古力+坚果脆皮 紧接著就系一层薄身嘅朱古力酱（或者可以形容系融化左嘅生朱古力）下面就系厚身嘅朱古力蛋糕 冇话去到brownie咁厚重嘅质地但系都几密实 食到后面都会偏漏🥐milk tea danish💰55虽然个人唔系好偏好酥皮但系都试左小小 表面层奶茶cream真系有港式奶茶浓厚嘅风味 比较涩味 唔会特别甜 最上面层杏仁脆片就有D太漏 下面嘅danish偏咸 可能我冇焗返热 觉得三样元素唔系好融合整体来讲都好味 好值得一试 但系真心希望个size可以细返D而价钱都平D 咁样唔使食得太辛苦🥺

I am angry about my experience with the 9-inch Oreo cake I preordered for 1400 HKD. I expected a top-notch cake for a birthday party, but what I received was nothing short of a disaster! The cake was stale, hard, and dry—completely unacceptable! When we sliced it, the layers fell apart.How could you serve something that was clearly days old? Just slapping a “Happy Birthday” sign on it doesn’t make it right! I feel completely ripped off. I could have gotten a better cake from Maxims for a fraction of the price! Paying 1400 HKD for this sub-par quality is infuriating. I feel embarrassed for the birthday celebrant and our guests. I demand a refund, and I expect you to call me to discuss this immediately! I will never return to your store and will publicly give your shop a horrendous review. .
