I have a Singaporean belly coz I spent 7 years there. And Laksa to me is in the SG style with tones of coconut milk and very dense/thick favouring. This is very much different from what I was expecting. Even if I take away my presumption (coz it would be unfair) of the laksa soup, the soup in this store was still plain. The spicy oil was floating on top without a good mixture with the soup below, and the flavour therefore not as good. And the teh C, very weird taste. From checking on others’ photo, there has been a 30% increase in the price… well.

湾仔「揾嘢食」一啲都唔容易,唔系选择少,而系人好多,比较受欢迎嘅就多数都系要等。今次试咗一间以地道嘅马来西亚🇲🇾喇沙面🍜为招牌菜嘅餐厅🍴,坐位唔算多亦颇为挤拥,午巿套餐以一碗面🍜➕一份小吃➕一杯饮品🥤,家乡味品又即管试试🤓———————————————————————————.🍜古晋喇沙面💬马来西亚🇲🇾古晋傅统叻沙每碗汤底均由马来西亚鲜虾🦐、本地鲜鸡🐔同多种天然香料以至少12小时熬煮而成;配上鸡肉丝、鲜虾、蛋丝、豆芽,随喜好加入桔仔汁💦同埋秘制参巴酱🌶,有别于惯常食到嘅味道🤓.🍜高佬面💬加入秘制酱汁,配上叉烧、白鱼蛋、菜心🥬、肉碎,少少🤏辣椒🌶️,简单得嚟都几好味,有点惊喜,更为欢喜😋

🦐 鲜虾喇沙 $88有两只虾,新鲜超弹牙😆,佢既喇沙同平时食既唔一样,系马来西亚既古晋喇沙,汤底望落好似好辣,但系其实唔辣而且偏淡味,建议一定要加佢嘅叁巴酱,叁巴酱微辣可以提味,更滋味😝配菜系芽菜,而面底系米粉,值得一赞既系佢既米粉煮到爽口👍🏻

终于比我试到呢间喺湾仔出名食古晋喇沙嘅餐厅!我同朋友试咗两款唔同嘅喇沙:🍜传统古晋喇沙 ($95) 配料有鸡肉丝、鲜虾、蛋丝同埋芽菜🐥鸡肉丝喇沙($88) 配料就得鸡丝同埋芽菜,鸡丝份量都几多同好有鸡味,不过如果可以再滑啲就好啦~喇沙嘅汤头同平日喺其他餐厅食开嘅喇沙好唔同!首先颜色上系偏深红色,饮落虾味偏浓同带有咖喱香味,椰奶味就唔算好重。额外仲会跟配桔仔同叁巴酱俾客人根据自己喜好调味,辣酱都几有风味,如果落晒啲辣酱落个汤度都几辣🥵 另外因为佢面底系用米粉,所以每一条面都好挂汁会比较浓味,但食完又唔会觉得口渴,可能因为佢哋真系冇落味精👍🏻甜品我哋试咗ABC珍多冰 ($48),上面啲配料都几多,有珍多粒、红豆、凉粉、粟米同椰果,但下面啲系成旧冰咁上要我哋自己整返碎啲冰😅 同埋啲粟米粒食到有啲罐头粟米嘅咸味😕 我系星期六晚去,可能因为full house再加上得两位店员,所以上菜速度都有啲慢,有好多客人包括我哋都要催单。舖头比想像中细,如果唔想排队嘅话就可以早啲去或者网上订位先~
