今日同几个同事主要食喇沙同burger，喇沙冇味份量细。自家制burger 空气占九成，仲要用嘉顿面包，入面块牛肉同茶记早餐块牛无分别。伴碟薯条只有油益味，薯味咸味欠奉。同事形容薯条为”一条条炸左既淀粉质”。失望。饮品方面，有同事形容咖啡似洗脚水味 (恕我愚昧，我唔知洗脚水系咩味🤣)。我只可以形容个咖啡为好淡，好㶶，唔香，宁愿饮即冲咖啡。佢既定价相对附近食肆黎讲算唔平，但大家食完都冇一丝满足既感觉，只有一腔愤怒同怨气。。🤦🏻‍♀️…查看更多

Note that we had a 50% discount using a certain popular app to reserve. We ordered three dishes:1. Gambos Al Ajillo (garlic prawns)2. Spaghetti Alle Vongole (Spaghetti with garlic and large clams)3. Seafood with inked paellaLong story short: all three dishes had seafood that was slightly undercooked. I appreciate they didnt want to overcook them. But that’s not an excuse.Food was blend except paella. Paella was basically some seafood on top of the inked paella. There was very little connection between the two. The best dish but hardly worth 144, let alone 288.The customer service was very good. They were attentive. But they made one big mistake. The table next to us order garlic bread, in the menu it was 48 for 4 pieces. When it came, I heard our neighbours discussing whether it was 3/4. They asked one server and she said she will check. She came back and said it was supposed to be 3 pieces. Then I couldnt help but chime in after server left. I told the couple that I am sure it was 4 as I was gonna order it too. So they called the server over again, trusted me and their own recollection of the menu and said the menu said 4 pieces. Then came the craziest response nobody expected, “We didnt have time to change the menu!” what the? The garlic bread was slightly burned as well, they got 3 pieces instead of 4... I have no idea what the server was thinking, but apparently the cost of a small piece of garlic bread was worth losing a customer.
