今日系中环一间叫umami Factory的餐厅食左个lunch。因为并唔太饿，系店员推介下只系叫咗个北海道带子意粉😙意粉的卖相相当靓，带子的口感爽口味道鲜甜，感觉带子的品质唔错。至于意粉，口感啱啱好，唔会太硬太软，而且入口有好香的蒜香。而环境方面，装修比较朴素简单，但非常舒适！！唯一缺点系因为我唔系住附近，所以地点对我嚟讲比较远，少啲脚力都唔得，所以下次再来都系搭车会好啲😂但绝对会再帮衬！高质餐厅！！😋

今日同朋友行完街啦，咁个肚有少少饿饿地，就谂住揾啲野食下啦，咁啱就见到呢一间餐厅🤩睇完个menu之后就决定入去试下🤣入到去之后睇到餐厅嘅店面唔大，装潢系偏简约风格。环境干净舒适经过店员推荐之后决定点左crabmeat croquettes 同一个iberico pork chop。等左无几耐之后野食终于来啦😋首先系个薯饼，啲蟹肉俾得一啲都唔吝啬，脆口嘅薯饼配上鲜味嘅蟹肉，真系好夹！🤩然后就系个pork chop，经过店员介绍知道个猪扒系经过低温慢煮之后再稍微煎一煎，食落口感非常松软，味道亦唔错。总结来讲食物同环境都唔错，有机会嘅话都会再来👍🏻

本人食过2次呢间餐厅，真系越嚟越差, 好失望,大排档仲好过佢!!!!!吾好系中环开扮高级la 首先讲嘢食 个卡邦成旧砖咁，块牛肉系黑色，咁都比得人食 30蚊都吾想比 真心。我系星期五去食的 坐成半个钟先有嘢食，系想点！ 炸嘢又吾好食，吾够脆，仲好林，好似摆咗好耐咁， 个牛脷 ，好硬，油炸商品变软，份量太少，价格太贵，不好吃、不正宗 。。。。。。同埋食完真系有肚疴 ，餐厅装修成个水泥墙 好简单，仲有曱甴 🪳下次真系吾会再嚟 。。。

You could feel the effort and creativity they put into every dishes, from the bite size appetisers to skewers and pasta, all applied with a twist than the usual one listed on other restaurants’ menu ☺️Cold Bites - Toro Tartare, Sea Urchin $96 ($48 per pc) ➡️ Looks good, tastes good, toro tartare mixed with chopped green apple to balance it off🍏 Hot - Chicken Skewer, Mozzarella $58 | Beef Tongue Skewer $58 (smoked with U.S. apple wood 🪵) ➡️ Impressed by the mini bbq stove applied with apple wood 💯 Noodles - Ramen Carbonara (wagyu beef slice) $158➡️ Not the traditional carbonara, more on the cheesy and thick style, yet the spaghetti is slighty overcooked 🥺 The wagyu beef slice is legit tho!
