今日心血来潮，拣咗间新开张嘅店一试，发现佢地嘅鸡蛋仔真系做得出色㖞！😋 一踏入店铺，就已经闻到浓郁嘅蛋香四溢，令人无法抗拒。第一款「抹茶红豆麻糬」真系几正🍵，抹茶苦中带甜，与红豆完美咁融合喺一起。啲麻糬烟韧得嚟又唔腻，质感一流。 跟住试咗「朱古力心太软」，外皮微脆，朱古力流心岩晒朱古力控嘅心，口口都系幸福嘅味道🍫。另外啲「爆酱吉士」仲要提一提，吉士味甜咗啲，但一啖落去，滑溜溜嘅口感同浓稠嘅吉士味，感觉好满足！ 最后，个人特别钟意「酥香脆边」，彷佛每一啖都可以尝到婶婶地嘅鸡蛋味。整体来讲，这些鸡蛋仔都做得啱啱好，外脆内软，每一款都有佢地独特嘅风味，真心推介大家去试吓！👍🤤 小店无论系创意定系味道都做得好出色，喺这个价钱得到这样嘅享受，真系物超所值！下次如果再经过，一定会再落单！👌

咁啱嚟到ssp大埔道𠮶边，就嚟咗try try食个tea(///▽///)✨2粒自家制芋泥麻糬口味谂起food expo𠮶啲鸡蛋仔波波，鸡蛋仔部分多过啲馅。而呢款正正相反 劲爆馅😍😍外层偏薄身。麻糬几有咬感，拉到少少丝。芋泥唔会完全系creamy嘅芋泥，我食到有啲芋头喺度。啲馅系少甜？几好😋同埋觉得如果鸡蛋仔部分多返少少就好喇，佢真系几香💛✨2粒朱古力心太软口味好似食紧波状嘅心太软🙈😂外层好似固体朱古力蛋糕咁 里面有少少流心🤎朱古力味好香浓，亦都唔会话好甜～可能真系太浓朱古力味，遮晒鸡蛋仔𠮶种香～下次有机会都会试下呢间嘅彩虹车轮饼‼️🌈

最近搞怪表情鸡蛋仔都相当出名， 无论喺澳门定系青衣戏棚品都有摊位店舖系出售依款嘅鸡蛋仔。之前一直都冇机会试今次去开深水埗见到依间主打买鸡蛋仔嘅店舖终于都可以试吓同打卡啦店舖除咗买鸡蛋仔仲有埋车轮饼、饭同小食。 但系个人认为其实都几贵。 例如鸡蛋仔波波，虽说系特色嘅打卡食品， 4粒都$40 ，平均一粒都$10。 作为一间主打鸡蛋仔波波嘅店舖当然要买鸡蛋仔波波同埋车轮饼试吓。 口味都相当多，真系好难拣到落手😂😂 最后分别拣咗「自家制芋泥麻薯鸡蛋仔波波」同埋「四季彩虹拉丝芝士车轮饼」。因为系即叫即整关系，预返等待嘅时间都会比较长。「自家制芋泥麻薯鸡蛋仔波波」（$40）， size大小都唔会话大细， 外表被印上搞怪表情，岩哂打卡。 食落去有芋泥麻薯口感， 食左2粒已经饱。 但系个人认为价钱偏贵，如果咁啱唔系选择啲饱肚嘅馅料，例如抹茶吉士味， 应该相对冇咁饱肚。如果为打卡都值得一试但如果系为咗饱肚就真系唔建议选择依款「四色彩虹拉丝芝士车轮饼」（$45） ，外表望落普通嘅车轮饼样，食落去竟然系彩虹嘅颜色馅料，虽然明知系色素，但系如果打卡来讲都几特别同几靓。芝士味几重， 食落都真系好饱既。 但个人都系认为价钱比较贵😅

The Grilled Pork with Cheese Rice was a savory delight, with succulent pork and melted cheese perfectly complementing each other. Both dishes showcased the kitchen's expertise in creating satisfying meals with a touch of creativity.4. Stir-Fried Udon with Pork: To round off my culinary adventure, I indulged in the dynamic flavors of the Stir-Fried Udon with Pork. 环境: 铺头喺深水埗同太子中间，为食猪喺太子A出口行过去大概8分钟，天气咁热都几攞命🥵，铺头空间细，多人嘅时候可能冇得坐喺入面食😢食物: 抹茶红豆麻糬鸡蛋仔波波，$40💸，拎嘅时候仲好热🥰，啲鸡蛋仔波波喺度奸笑，打卡一流📸食落外脆内软，麻糬好烟韧，抹茶味好够，加埋红豆好夹🫘🐷为食猪好在有提早whatsapp铺头留定一份，去到发现原来系全店最后一份☝🏻，所以大家一定一定要提前whatsapp❗️
