今日去左中环Topfix叫左个pancakes，同叫左杯Cuppuccino。见到Pancakes上碟好靓，而且蜜糖特别分开用小白杯附上，可按个人喜好自己调节。食落pancakes软绵绵，再配上蓝莓，好refresh健康既感觉。而Cuppuccino好精致，一饮就精神晒。 食食下野，见到一班穿著运动衫既人由下层上嚟，原来楼下系俾人健身、玩yoga, 感觉好健康。 今日除左享受美食之余，身心感觉亦都健康左。

差唔多6pm想揾个地方坐下, search到附近呢间rooftop好似几靓，睇相就俾佢既tiffany blue色装修吸引左上到来先知呢到系连埋做gym的，所以卖的食物都是以健康为前提cold brew($50), 价钱比其他咖啡店便宜，berry smoothie($88), protein pancakes ($68), 健康版pancake，不会有牛油，调味有枫糖浆同蜂蜜可选Follow ig的话有9折优惠☺️☺️暂时没限坐几耐，食物质素同味道都几好，cafe仲送左个bagel俾我地试👍🏻👍🏻室内室外拍照打卡一流，可以影不少靓相

做完GYM想揾个地方食野，要食得健康得黎又可以保充能量营养，可以去边度呢？今次我同朋友揾到一个好地方，就位于中环摆花街8号6楼，正正就系TOPFIT gym room果层嘅一间café — Top Fix，有唔同嘅有营饮食MENU选择。Oat Bowl ＄55我同朋友叫左一碗燕麦糊。Toppings拣左蓝莓、杞子、椰子碎片、蜜糖同埋抹茶粉，集齐左五色食物。同时，呢个系一个低卡组合，又有丰富嘅维他命C，抹茶粉又有儿茶素，再加埋蜜糖有充足嘅矿物质，配料食材增加左甜甜酸酸嘅味道之余，加埋热牛奶燕麦糊份量及稠度适中，又饱肚暖胃，做完运动食都完全唔会有罪恶感！Oatmeal Pancakes＄78唔好睇佢细细份，食完三块pancakes系好饱肚。呢份pancakes有加埋香蕉入去制作，香蕉嘅香甜令人心情愉悦之余，同时增加左pancakes一份口感，pancakes燕麦份量足，有咬口而又唔会松散。再淋上蜜糖，增添味美。配埋旁边嘅朱古力酱同苹果，又会再多两种健康甜饴食法。Caffe Latte ＄36我同朋友各自叫左两杯饮品，我会讲讲我叫嘅Caffe Latte。上层泡沫够棉密，咖啡偏向nutty口味，唔会涩口，选择左oat milk，好滑而且带出到咖啡嘅香气，不错！顺带一提，佢地用嘅瓷杯好保温，饮到尾段，咖啡仍有余温。Skinny Green Genes ＄60总结，Top Fix系一间无论系餐单上还是食物选材上都有到位嘅一间GYM café。好钟意佢地嘅露天茶座位置，好chill好舒服，坐系度同朋友倾下计饮杯野食下野，Top Fix系不二次选LA

Protein Based Cafe🥛Now that gyms are reopened, do keep up your protein intake after working out! Top Fix is a chic cafe with both indoors and outdoors seating just above its own gym - Top Fit. Providing a wide variety of protein-based food and drinks, the rooftop area also has chill ambience and cozy vibes. Best for hanging out after gym💪🏻Particularly love the taste of their Berry Protein, which tasted like milkshakes instead of ordinary whey! I guess they added vanilla extract that made it especially smooth. Love it so much.Skinny Green Genes is not as smooth, and it's not filled with whey protein. Just an ordinary green smoothie with kale and all things green.The warm Proats with bananas, almonds and coconut flakes was outstanding as well. It was so filling & I can feel a boost in energy after finishing it.Scrambled Eggs with Toast is average. Nothing special but tasted nice.Protein PancakeIt's hard to make good protein pancakes that are very appetizing. Together with strawberries, chocolate sauce and maple syrup, it looks and tastes way better. A clean and healthy choice as a post work-out meal.All in all, it was a pleasant experience to dine at Top Fix. Laidback environment for a post-gym meal or even just a cup of coffee. Definitely stay outdoor to enjoy the cozy holiday vibe!

中环一间楼上gym cafe 叫topfix 门口虽然系一个gym reception 但系你再行入小小，就会见到个cafe 架啦。唔洗惊去错地方小编就叫左杯flat white 同 一个bagels 试下佢就系一个套餐黎 价钱黎讲系中环叫平🤣 佢地既bagels 同peanut butter主打自制 冇添加剂所以好健康重点 依到有个露天平台，好舒服唔会受时间限制，可以好chill咁同朋友坐系到 倾下计 饮杯咖啡 系中环好难揾到一个咁舒服既地方，你唔系唔试阿🙈
