Went in and service was terrible with no menu knowledge,ordered the salmon bowl and it was like rubber!Location is good.Heard from the manager that they are merging with cali-mex and I hope it is not true as I like cali-mex!Even the coke was warm. Very disappointing and I will never go back.

最近中上环开了几家poke专门店,poke是典型的夏威夷特色食品,可以视为海鲜拌饭、生鱼饭或者生鱼沙拉。这种简单而健康的美食就是把新鲜的鱼肉或其他海鲜切成小块,然后盖在温热的米饭上,与特制酱料拌在一起食用。它采用的食材是常见的寿司材料,但由于与温热的米饭一起食用,不会有生冷之感,更符合我们的饮食习惯。而由于我最近希望减少碳水化合物的使用,所以选了没有饭的CreamySalmon。店员随后便是三文鱼沽清了,所以我选了另外一种鱼和带子混合。味道非常鲜美,除了当中的Kale实在是有点过硬之外,感觉酸甜开胃,是健康饮食不错的选择。

A new Poke spot in Sheung Wan. Poke means “to slice or cut” in Hawaiian and refers to chunks of raw, marinated fish — usually tuna — which is then tossed over rice and topped with vegetables and umami-packed sauces.We ordered Korean Bowl, All-in Bowl, Teriyaki Salmon and Miso Soup. My favourite was the All-in Bowl. As the name suggests, it has all the ingredients - salmon, shrimp, sword fish, tuna, and all kinds of available vegetables and both sushi rice and noodle. The taste was a mesh of flavour but the variety of fish just adds 100 points.Is the All-in Bowl worth the HKD 168 price tag? For this price, I can get a decent sushi lunch at a good Japanese place nearby.

见系上环开左间新既poke 铺,一直都好期待去试下。不过期望愈大失望愈大。第一次去就试左佢地既sushi roll,叫左个salmon pokerrito, 98蚊,制作十分求其,卷得太松散,一食既时候啲饭同料就跌哂出黎,馅料份量少得可怜,男人未必够食,沙津菜仲要系霉既,又冇调味,求求其其放左啲菜系个底就算数。咁既价钱不如真系正正经经去食个鱼生饭都冇咁嬲。同外国既sushi roll 比真系蚊脾同牛脾。除左店员系几友善亲切之外,呢间野真系好唔掂。

Previously this spot used to be Caffe Diemme but now it is a POKE joint.POKE is typically raw tuna (ahi) cubes marinated with sea salt, a small amount of soy sauce, inamona (roasted crushed candlenut), sesame oil, limu seaweed, and chopped chili pepper. As well as POKE, they had BBQ chicken poke bowls which is probably on the menu for locals who do not eat raw stuff.I ordered the AHI TUNA POKE thinking it would be tuna in soy sauce but the sauce was creamy.It wasn't what I was expecting because raw tuna and creamy sauce just didn't go well together.The rice wasn't even soft so I ended up just eating the tuna.To be honest, I would have been better off ordering the customized bowls where you can choose your proteins and sauces but again, the rice was hard and undercooked that day.I was given the salmon pokkorito which had buckwheat noodles dressed in Wasabi mayo.Again the rice was too hard and I just didn't have the heart to tell them as I could feel their passion but the rice which is part of the main ingredient was not soft enough.
