阿猪妈,顾名思义,韩迷也﹗这夜,难得市面呈现一片祥和氛围,我们去了以主打创意新派韩食的The Joomak,吃个痛快,以作庆祝﹗除了旧有菜单,以下菜色我们颇感兴趣  -  三款韩式香港味炒年糕,韩国直送酱油蟹,以及韩国鳗鱼新菜式。 十一月,他们还举行保护毛孩慈善活动,分享爱。 喜好不一,口味不一,经过协商,各退一步,终於拍板落Order了…… 吃浓味辣味韩国菜,最适宜点来一杯冰凉的饮品。奈何,咱俩,已过了任性的岁数,深明养生之重要。她的清香明目洋甘菊黑枸杞茶$68,我的滋润养颜黑糖玫瑰花茶$68,各具特色。 先来一客咬口十足的健营藜麦沙律$128,具嚼劲的红白藜麦,混入油润牛油果、酸香芒果、爽口红皮萝卜片、嫩滑豆腐,以及清爽沙律菜,食味纷陈。吃时,把酸香酱汁拌入,醒神开胃非常﹗ 这儿,有不少以蔬果入馔的素食卷物。她,选了纯素鳗鱼卷$98,只见以香脆紫菜包卷的卷物内,有红萝卜丝、青瓜和腌萝卜等,再撒上香脆黑白芝麻、松子等,大大提升了其口感和食味。 港式XO酱铁锅辣炒年糕$138、鲜磨沙爹酱铁锅炒年糕$138,以及大澳虾酱铁锅炒年糕$138。为迁就不吃辣的小妹,我们要了後者。只见盛载炒年糕的器皿内,除了若隐若现的年糕、虾只、翠肉瓜、洋葱片和红椒片外,还有一大块与中澳虾酱遥相呼应的炸虾片。 吃一口,大澳虾酱铁锅炒年糕,年糕软硬适中,其咸鲜味并没有想像中的浓烈霸道,入口淡淡虾酱味儿,吃罢齿颊留香。 压轴的经典韩式肉食部队锅$158,据说是革命抗战时期的主要食粮。简单一句 - 大杂烩也。惹味辛辣面,配上自家制泡菜,辣劲十足﹗怕辣之辈,建议煮熟後,马上搯起面层的面条与餸料来吃,方可避过一劫﹗ 咱俩喜欢吃有嚼劲的面条,故水滚後,即熄火,且迅速搯起面条与餸料。锅内,除了辛辣面、自家制泡菜外,还有鲜嫩味美的猪肉、午餐肉、芝士肠、韩式年糕、韮菜、娃娃菜,以及早已与锅物融为一体的芝士片﹗ \ 继续阅读

LCX又多了间韩式食品吗,怎麽我不知道。冷面看来甚多工具,又出烟又配料又汁冷面的卖相相当精致,几球面条、萝卜丝、青瓜丝、泡菜,以及几片肉,端来的时候还有一缕轻烟。素的冷面,有一碗冰,再加汁,再加点配料以及素猪肉或是牛肉,再加胡麻酱或紫菜等等一起吃。这件水晶素猪肉,外貌看起来上来好像中式肴肉,实在口感也有点儿类似,只不过没有牛肉那麽结实,吃落也有点肉的感觉。但没有吃开素🥦🥬🥒的我们,还是觉得牛肉比较好吃,牛肉不会太老太熟太银,有点肉汁,味道相当不错。但我还是比较喜欢的辣年糕,可能有些人会觉得起上来比较硬一点,但我却觉得它非常果敢,因为煮得这麽硬,不是人人喜欢,但偏偏就撞中我这个爱吃硬年糕的人,味道辣中带少许甜,相当不错。年糕底下还剪有少许鱼糕片,吸点年糕的辣汁,味道更加好。鱼糕汤,带点麻油味的汤底,味道亦都有点甜,内里有两三串鱼糕,不算太乾、弹牙烟韧,但味道也不错。这儿看出去还可以看到维港的美丽景色,风光明媚,刚好八时又有幻彩咏香江,但这一阵子香港似乎挺为动荡。店子又设Green Monday 星一素食放题,而且餐牌上的饮料类别丰富,很多意想不到的饮料 继续阅读

It's a nice place for group gathering. Hmm... but I think it's better to focus on chitchats instead of food quality in here. 😅 Sorry to say that. To be fair, there were a few yummy dishes too though. Like this Vegan Seaweed Bibimbap. It's got so much seaweed in it and it smelled so so good!! Very tasty too. Moist rice stuck with lots of tasty seaweed, delicious. 👍🏻 The scent really got out attention, and I forgot to take a photo of the real dish; and we kept eating it till it's all gone. Lol.... 🤣Okay, I'm gonna start with all the good ones! And here's my second favourite, D.I.Y. Grill Fresh American Eel. I did not know it's served raw and I had to cook it myself coz it did not say on the menu. Though when I looked at the name of it after it's served, I knew... 😅 luckily they had good service. 👍🏻 I asked if they could cook it for us, and they said yes. The eel was good!! 😋 I might give this dish no star if it's done by me. Lol..! 😂Mixed Sauce Fried Chicken was another one I liked. The reason I liked it was coz of all those different sauces. 😂 I love dipping sauces! Haha..... but the chicken was a bit dry, and that made me ate a lot more sauces... 😅Spicy Tteokbokki was good actually, but just a bit spicy to me. Every single one of it were well wrapped in sauce and got this chewy sticky texture of it. 😋 Very nice rice cake (so far I tried in HK). 👍🏻I'd tried this Cheese Dipping Cube and Seaweed before and it was good, but didn't know why it didn't taste the same last night. 🤔 I love cheese coz of its thick and rich taste. That cheese dipping cube was rather tasteless last night. The thick layer on top was nice though. To be fair, if we dipped the food and wrapped it in seaweed sheet, it's okay.We had some expectation to this Grilled Vegan Omnipork Patty Vegetable Wrap. Hmm... we couldn't say it's bad. It just tasted different. It had a bit sour taste to the meat, which was weird to us. I liked that it's got melting cheese in the middle though. 😅 It's served cooked, but we were just supposed to heat it up a bit before eating it. I wrapped it with veggie and spicy sauce added, and still tasted a little sour.🤔Hmm... I personally didn't really like this French Fries with Cheese Powder. It's just like McDonald's fries with cheese powder, like their shake shake fries. 😅 Nothing special, and not enough powder.As for drinks, we had Raspberry Fruit Vinegar Iced Tea, Mak-Geol-Li (Strawberry), and Yuzu and Cocoa Slush. Iced Tea only tasted like normal iced tea, only with flavor of raspberry and it's a bit too sweet. My friends had Mak-Geol-Li and  Yuzu and Cocoa Slush, commented Mak-Geol-Li was almost tasteless. 第一次食Joomak, 已深深被佢既炸鸡吸引, 当时仲有仙气水冷面, 打卡一流够晒Gimmick, 亦系新派韩食店中我最有印象的一间. 事隔一年多重来, 正值炎夏, 热得胃口欠佳, 吹炸鸡太油腻, 看到Joomak有新menu, 以素菜为主打, 走清新健康路线, 二话不说入内试试.​寛敞舒适的环境依旧, 不变的当然还有催灿的维港景致, 在最近动荡的政治纷围下, 这个港湾依然动人, 感谢大家的共同扞卫!  ​​在夏日Menu 中, 加入多款素菜美食, 包括3款素炸鸡! 芥末素炸鸡,韩式辣味素炸鸡h和牛油果开心果炸鸡酱. 虽然很想吃辣的素炸鸡, 但为了迁就女儿的口味, 最後选了开心果牛油果炸鸡酱. 素炸鸡的卖相跟真炸鸡几可乱真, 金黄素炸鸡加上绿色牛油果开心果酱和乾柠檬片, 已令人有很夏日的感觉.  ​如果不告诉你这是一件炸鸡, 你可能会问为何炸鸡有点硬; 素炸鸡外层是豆卜, 内里是面筋饀料, 口感与真炸鸡又有几份相似, 但胜在口味清淡, 不油腻, 加上开心果牛油果酱香浓, 柠檬汁微酸, 很开胃很岩夏天食.  ​除了炸鸡, 还有纯素鳗鱼系列. 纯素烧鳗鱼炒饭铺上原块素鳗鱼, 灸烤後的口感与真鳗鱼无异, 扫上鳗鱼汁相当香浓惹味! 饭面架上紫菜丝, 女儿很喜欢, 在素菜上又一启发, 原来食素一点都唔单调.  ​ ​板烧未来猪肉汉堡扒生菜包  完全吃素家中食肉兽受不了, 那就加少少真肉气. 2块汉堡扒, 还有生菜, 紫苏叶和韩式酱汁.  ​汉堡扒好玩之处在於要自己动手煎, 餐桌上的煮饭仔, 阿女最喜欢! 但其实汉堡扒本身也是熟的, 只要稍稍煎几分钟就可以了! ​ 汉堡扒内里是芝心, 所以要自己加热, 令芝士溶化. 芝味香浓, 加生菜和紫苏叶食, 口感更丰富. 未来猪弹牙有嚼劲, 汉堡扒不松散, 保留肉汁. 吃肉同时吃蔬菜, 也健康一点.   ​松子红莓原味煎饼  又是很特别的一款煎饼, 煎饼是咸薄撑的做法, 口感份外弹牙. 铺上红莓, 松子仁, 火箭菜, 蛋黄酱, 红莓甜甜地, 加上脆口的松子仁, 微甘的火煎菜, 味道却是出奇配合, 值得一试.  ​红枣草莓雪沙 色泽已十分抢眼, 红枣是女性恩物, 补血养颜, 加上草莓鲜甜, 是一款美颜的夏日冻饮. 冰Storm梳打 冰蓝饮料眼晴也感到沁心凉意, 刨冰下是菠萝味梳打, 鲜渴冰凉, 炎炎夏日一饮凉透心.  ​土耳其苹果茶  因为仲有点咳, 不宜冻饮, 於是我点了土耳其苹果茶, 加入蜜糖一起饮用, 香甜温喉.  ​夹好时间, 可看到幻彩咏香江, 有美食有靓景, 价钱相宜, 可以Bookmark再来. 继续阅读

两年前因炸鸡放题令我意外地认识joomak! 呢度除左有高质新派的韩国菜外,仲可以与朋友或爱人对住一个无敌大海景享受一顿浪漫的晚餐。季节限定嘅餐牌仲有3款韩式香港味的炒年糕。经典韩式肉食部队锅 $158望住整块芝士慢慢溶真系好疗癒。鲜磨沙嗲酱铁锅炒年糕 $138鲜磨沙嗲酱味道非常浓郁,鸡肉及年糕都好入味,仲可以轻松地将啖啖肉菠萝放入口!韩式烤牛肉 $158附青菜及韩式辣酱 经典韩式牛肉酱汁味道,咬落惹味juicy!红枣草莓冰沙 $63少女系粉嫩色!红枣味就饮唔出,但草莓味突出鲜甜!马格利酒 (菠萝)$58光看卖相已经值满分,菠萝味cocktail 清新解腻! 同肉多多的韩国菜系绝配!整体食物质素都不错,份量就偏少一点。但价钱方面都算合理,毕竟整大片海景无遮掩! 继续阅读
