Never order from this Online shop again!When it arrived, 1. Parma ham was crunchy around the edges (still edible if you are not seeking for quality experience)2. Artichoke hearts were moldy (See pic)3. Cheese was fine but the taste is a bit different than expectedI opened the Artichokes in original packaging from the fridge about a week later as I planned to use it over the weekend for the anniversary with my husband. When I opened it, it was greenishly moldy. I contacted the company 4 times in different ways (Email, CS system, Instagram & CS system again). At last, they told me that they have this "2 day policy" so they cannot process the refund.Apparently this company has a "2 Days Refund Policy" that you wouldn't know until you click the Terms on their website and find it carefully.Please ALWAYS check your order right away with video for your safety and protect yourself from getting a money back.Food is not good and has the worst of the worst customer service.

同朋友去食lunch, 喺门口等左15分钟左右。有位尼泊尔带位员工企喺门口度做体温检查。由于门口太细，歺厅又太小，朋友行过佢时包包唔小心撞跌左佢手上面果个探热枪。我朋友已经即时同佢道歉，但个尼泊尔籍女员工竟然用尼泊尔语话我朋友系（旺角企街啲姐姐仔呢）。佢好唔好彩禁岩我朋友系尼泊尔人！佢 兜口兜面喺佢面前讲我朋友当然嬲爆即转身走。我开头都未知咩事，佢拉走我出门口之后同我讲返成件事，我咪入去问个店员点解禁感既态度！我问佢叫咩名我话要投诉，佢重好串感同我讲i dont have a name, please leave the restaurant now!!!! 重要重复好几次！尼泊尔文唔系个个香港人都听得明，我觉得呢个女服务员肯定唔系第一次感话客人！一间歺厅啲食物就算几好食都好，你服务态度垃圾成感，再好食都唔会有人去！我好希望呢间歺厅经理或老板可以认真同呢位女员工 训话！如果连少少服务态度既心都无，好明显佢唔系好适合做饮食服务行业，留呢啲员工喺度只会赶客～

上次同朋友去食，当时夜晚七点几，餐厅都系冇乜人。餐厅嘅环境唔错，灯光稍为暗咗少少，播住意大利音乐，坐落去都阔落。 我同朋友带咗两碟菜，再加一支酒，买单都唔使$200。总括而言，餐厅性价比高，绝对值得一试。
