星期六早上去呢间咖啡店叫左个cookies+flat white combo，Menu写$65，实际收左我$66，去柜台攞餐时想问下，于是叫左声职员。职员第一反应是指住个餐，态度奇差地说：「做咩呀？咪出左餐俾你啰」，当下我以为自己食紧澳牛。问职员系咪收错钱，佢话：「机系show$66」，我指住menu：「写住$65㖞」，职员答：「menu写错」下？咁都得？？奉劝各位，weekend morning 想有个好心情，请勿帮衬！

I am writing to express a recent experience that I had at Blewjob Coffee Shop, which left me quite unsettled and prompted me to reach out.On the afternoon of 19 November 2024, I visited your establishment for a coffee break. I was looking forward to a quiet and enjoyable time, which has always been my expectation based on past visits. On this particular occasion, however, my experience was marred by an interaction with one of your staff members.After placing my order, I shifted the menu, which was made of hard plastic, towards me to continue reading. A female barista, whom I had not interacted with before, approached and without a word, aggressively repositioned the menu to its original place. The manner in which she handled the menu not only produced a startling noise but also conveyed a dismissive attitude towards me. This action, lacking in basic courtesy or any verbal communication, was quite shocking and frankly, rather intimidating.I understand that coffee shops can be fast-paced environments, and I always try to be considerate of the pressures that staff might face. However, I believe that basic politeness and professionalism should never be neglected in service interactions. The behavior displayed by this barista felt disrespectful and tarnished the otherwise warm and welcoming atmosphere that I have come to associate with Blewjob Coffee Shop.

呢间咖啡店系太古城入边少数能够周末下午茶时间容易揾到位的咖啡店。但我都会选择嚟呢度，系因为揾到位。虽然一杯咖啡嘅价钱都系正常，唔系特别平，唔算特别贵，但系一个周末时间，喺太古城能够揾到位嘅地方，实在少数。当然，呢间咖啡店舒适度，属于正常，但服务态度，都系其差啦！又或者系，根本冇服务。👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻首先呢个位置就系完全冇冷气可言，仲系有啲焗嘅情况出现。但呢个对我嚟讲，如果有宁静嘅环境，只系焗少少，我都愿意接受。但职员实在叻呀….. 可以全程黑面？我都唔知，因为基本上没有眼神接触，没有眼神交流。就算我坐喺度，等佢清洁枱面，佢都只系拎走啲用过嘅杯而已。就算枱面都系满布咖啡污渍，甚至食物残留碎片，职员攞走污糟嘅杯后，都唔会返嚟抹枱，全程木无表情。可想而知，呢间咖啡店冇人嚟，的确有佢成功之道，职员绝对应记一功。

服务态度好有问题尤其是有一个员土女仔系啡色头发都冇心机去听客人要咩需求，我明明好清楚要一杯热黑咖啡black.俾完钱之后佢就去batista 讲咗我order在啲乜。跟住barista就去冲杯咖啡俾我见到佢冲左杯冻咖啡俾我。我明明话热咖啡佢就冲左杯冻咖啡俾我。跟住我就同个barista讲话我其实喺要热咖啡嘅，佢就好似当冇乜嘢。我费事烦呀咁我就算啦我就照要左去废事哂咗啲 soe+ 咖啡豆。佢地讲句唔好意思都无。如果经历我实在不快乐去享受一杯咖啡。因为其实我喺从来唔饮冻咖啡。我建议大家唔好去以间。同埋依个barista冲咖啡都唔好饮。I ordered a black coffee specifying hot to the staff (a girl with blonde hair) that took my order. She then went to the batista and tell her what I ordered but I can't hear what she say to the batista. After the batista have made me a iced black coffee which is not I want as I said in the beginning I want a hot coffee. I don't really drink iced coffee so I told the batista I have ordered hot and not cold. The staff didn't have any response to me and didn't even apologize. Feel they don't want to re make my order. So I just take the iced coffee as I don't want to argue with them and besides don't want to waste the coffee bean as well because is SOE+ bean. Also the barista didn't make the coffee great. The coffee taste bad. I had a bad expernace having a cup of coffee. So I will not recommend to everyone to go there and get coffee Don't waste your money on this coffee shop. Put your money elsewhere on better expernace in coffee.

Presentation of the coffee is fine. Table not clean, even it's empty but still has water mark and coffee stain on it. I know it's self-service but at least clear up the table?Order two Flat Whites, horrible after taste. Tasted like burnt coffee bean and with a very bitter aroma. We didn't finish the drinks because it just didn't meet the regular standard for the price point. Plenty more better options in Taikoo.
