星加坡过江龙，由开业时不时帮衬，总有佢独特之处。纵然有「抄名」黑历史，品质算无损。cold & hot kitchen 都算几好，茶品入饡香港好少，唔知点解，香港人就净系识去食Tea。近年见佢慢慢都唔算太有心思写个餐牌，不过值得一赞，食材同烹调佢系算坚持，价钱好难收好平，一分钱一分货，环境气氛咁多年来都系做到水准。其实好过以前中环太太Cafe，就系红唔起，但系应该唔只得我一个钟意你，请你坚持，唔好执。

第1次写食评😂由于商场早营业时间既食肆选择唔多，最后决定同好朋友喺依间餐厅庆祝小生日。由致电订座到享用午餐整个过程，所有职员好好礼貌。我地选择咗weekday set,食物质素满意。餐厅职员亦好上心，甜品加上生日牌🫶🏻依度好适合闺蜜聚。

今日约埋朋友，三个女仔一齐嚟倾吓偈🥰呢一间都食过好几次，第一次食夜晚即管试吓啦！Soup of the day 浓郁粟米汤面包热辣辣加牛油都几好食紫菜牛油🧈三个人食，叫3个set，俾两个牛油，分开两张table，难share😅，但职员唔系太愿意比多一个牛油🤔有啲奇怪，不过每次嚟都会有啲奇怪嘢😅前菜🌟北海道带子tartare带子，sweet beetroot, 加三文鱼子。比较喜欢以前嘅油甘鱼多啲。主菜🌟香煎慢煮猪柳伴烩黄豆，甘荀，意大利青瓜，加猪肉浓汁，不错，但肉嘅脂肪比例较高。⭐️香煎澳洲和牛（须补＄50差价）伴迷你甘笋及车厘茄加牛肉浓汁，牛肉味道不错，但底面脂肪很多，相对肥腻。🌟龙虾扁意粉（须补＄70差价）伴龙虾浓汁，龙虾肉较小，但意粉都包着浓浓嘅龙虾味。甜品-一般-较甜Overall，中规中矩，大概$550一位左右。坐得都比较舒服！下次再去其他分店试吓：）*不是试食活动
