The tofu matched surprisingly well with the rice paper roll.🥘 KITCHEN PLATES🐑 Australian Lamb Chops • Spiced Lamb Cutlet, Mint Raita, Couscous: The lamb chops were tender and did not have the gamey smell. The couscous added a nice texture to the dish.🐷 Kurobuta Pork Loin • Grilled Pork, Miso Butter, Kimchi Salad: The pork loin was a bit dry and tough.🍮 DESSERTS🍋 Citrus Tart • Yuzu Curd, Mandarin Confiture, Fresh Raspberries: A very tangy dessert. Would be better if it was sweeter to achieve a better balance.🍫 Sakura Black Forest • Morello Cherries, Dark Chocolate Mousse, Sakura Jelly, Sakura Bean Cream, Sakura Pearls: Average Black Forest Cake with light Sakura aroma. The Sakura Pearls added a nice crunchy texture to the cake.The atmosphere was really intimate and quiet as there were not many customers.Loved how they paid attention to the temperature of the hot dishes and served them in warm plates.

嘢食等好耐 ,等咗一粒钟净系上咗个春卷上嚟。。。😊人手唔够 得一个侍应做紧嘢 (虽然佢啲服务态度都ok) 嘢食quality 仲差 普通嘅海南鸡可以整到差过出面茶餐厅,啲薯格又硬又冻,KFC𠮶啲热过佢。仲要d cocktail 沟得唔太好饮,仲要每样嘢食都> 100 以上喺,性价比非常低,真系食茶记都好过食佢去厕所洗手唔方便,要行上一层楼梯个环境都几靓,有中式风格,感觉上呢间餐厅都系比较适合外国人食。🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

难得美酒会佳人,呢个年代唔好咁老土,一黎就敬你两杯酒,一杯心酸,一杯愁,忍唔住又念返两句,雨雨风风花花叶叶,年年暮暮朝朝,莺莺燕燕翠翠,红红处处融融洽洽,好诗好诗。👇🏻📌东 南 亚 风 味 -▪️ 滋 味 小 吃 - ▫️「香辣金枪鱼刺身粒」食落Tuna肉质爽滑,加上牛油果入口即化,仲有莲藕脆片、青瓜渍,整体相当开胃,而且dressing够多,口感特别丰富,配上prosecco就更舒服。▫️「安格斯牛肉面包」面头面包皮烘得岩岩好,够哂脆身,里面Angus beef唔会烧到好干身,而且牛味浓郁,加埋车打芝士同埋韩国BBQ酱,份外惹味。▫️「泰式虾沙爹」大大粒虾肉串埋一齐,虾肉烧得均匀,睇得出大厨功架,而点上花生酱,咸甜适中,过足口瘾。▪️ 丰 盛 主 菜 -▫️「安格斯牛面颊」cheek位相对脂肪少,但肉质软腍嫩滑,完全系开正我果范,牛魔王黎讲真系啖啖肉,好满足,配上咖哩汁,咸香十足,配上泰式罗勒、花生、青柠,完全做到泰国风味,而附送一碗茉莉香饭,两个人share够哂饱肚。▫️「招牌海南嫩鸡饭」最后呢个鸡饭系用上黄油鸡,难怪食落有鲜味,最灵魂核心人物一定系果碗鸡汤,好味又暖胃,当然亦唔少得鸡油饭啦,呢个一定要试!

最近去铜锣湾食饭食到唔知食咩好🥲 朋友揾咗间餐厅喺酒店入边~其实除咗自助餐之外,我好少会无啦啦走入酒店食嘢🤣所以今次都几特别!仲要原来一间酒店系美丽华集团,有一定质素!今次菜品融合左泰式同亚洲风味,呈现出丰富多彩既口味体验~我地都叫左几多小食🤣因为样样都好似好正咁!包括:香辣金枪鱼刺身粒,惹味椒盐炸鱿鱼,泰式虾沙爹同安格斯牛肉面包🥯首先,金枪鱼刺身粒🐟好开胃~新鲜既金枪鱼再加上青瓜渍同莲藕脆片,好酸甜爽脆!再加上牛油果🥑既醇厚滑顺为整道菜增添层次!惹味椒盐炸鱿鱼我觉得系好好既下酒菜🤣外面酥脆焦香,里面多汁,加沾上香浓的蛋黄酱都几正!重点系辣辣地🌶️而泰式虾沙爹系烤鲜虾串配以花生酱同酸脆的亚洲酸菜渍。整体好食!虾肉肥美多汁🦐最后,安格斯牛肉面包选用左高级安格斯牛肉再加上韩式烤肉同车打芝士🧀绵密口感相得益彰。主菜方面,我地叫左泰式金边粉~第一次见金粉用碗上几得意🤣我觉得整体酸爽恰到好处,令而道泰式必食既野变得格外诱人。另一个系安格斯牛面颊🐮 配以马莎曼风格的咖哩酱汁!牛肉好柔软好嫩,冇牙都食到🙈仲有一样系明太子意大利粉🍝佢嚟到嘅时候劲似日式小丸子🤣唔似系西餐!欣赏佢嘅意大利粉,系用手工意粉做成!看似普通,但每一口都饱含著海鲜既鲜美滋味同意大利面的正宗风味。最后甜品🍧叫左柚子柠檬批同樱花林~前者唔算太啱我,因为太酸😂😂😂后者即系黑森林蛋糕!攞嚟打卡一流,几好食唔错!Cocktail方面,餐厅改既名都几正~分别系THE FOX, THE MONKEY AND THE RABBIT,BURNING SUN同FLY ME TO THE MOON。拎嚟慢慢倾计一流😋仲要最尾叫咗支Prosecco🥂好小会饮住Cocktail食亚洲菜😆
