Sueno 感觉系湾仔抵食餐厅之一,环境唔系特别好,但几有格调,充满工业风。食过几次,今次试下lunch set 嘅油封鸭腿($168)。卖相讨好,睇落鸭皮好脆,实际上都系脆皮。但入面嘅鸭肉就差少少,有啲干,唔够juicy,有啲可惜。如果入面稍为多汁啲,简直抵食到烂。伴碟嘅蔬菜几新鲜可以一食👍🏻。个set仲有南瓜汤同薯仔沙律,几欣赏个南瓜汤,你话佢超甜又唔系但系就系好refresh又有南瓜味🥰值得一试。…查看更多
If i had wanted to order food through an app i would have stayed at home ! Unfortunately that was the dining experience at Sueno. Want water, order through an app. Want food, order through an app. But the problem was the app was not reliable cos after waiting for 35mins (menu says food we ordered required a 30mins waiting time), my friend went to personally find the staff to ask them where was the wine we ordered through the app. Only then did they come running and realized our food and drinks order was not processed. So yes, we were left unattended for at least 35mins... not even a peek to see if we were still alive. Now i am starting to wonder were they piloting an unmanned restaurant concept ? Had the starters we ordered taste good, that would have compensated but no so we left. But still would like to share my thoughts on the starters.- Parma ham : You could tell just by look it's very aged and i'm NOT referring to duration meat was cured ! There's not the slightest hint of oil glistening and it's got a 'stored too long' taste. - Grilled ox tongue : Take one, we had to send it back cos it was not seasoned at all. Take two, didn't have any improvement, sigh. - Bread : Dry no softness and when i asked for olive oil and balsamic vinegar, the nice waitress asked me what is balsamic vinegar. - Crispy bread with tomato thing trying to emulate bruschetta but without success.
