Sueno 感觉系湾仔抵食餐厅之一，环境唔系特别好，但几有格调，充满工业风。食过几次，今次试下lunch set 嘅油封鸭腿($168)。卖相讨好，睇落鸭皮好脆，实际上都系脆皮。但入面嘅鸭肉就差少少，有啲干，唔够juicy，有啲可惜。如果入面稍为多汁啲，简直抵食到烂。伴碟嘅蔬菜几新鲜可以一食👍🏻。个set仲有南瓜汤同薯仔沙律，几欣赏个南瓜汤，你话佢超甜又唔系但系就系好refresh又有南瓜味🥰值得一试。

If i had wanted to order food through an app i would have stayed at home ! Unfortunately that was the dining experience at Sueno. Want water, order through an app. Want food, order through an app. But the problem was the app was not reliable cos after waiting for 35mins (menu says food we ordered required a 30mins waiting time), my friend went to personally find the staff to ask them where was the wine we ordered through the app. Only then did they come running and realized our food and drinks order was not processed. So yes, we were left unattended for at least 35mins... not even a peek to see if we were still alive. Now i am starting to wonder were they piloting an unmanned restaurant concept ? Had the starters we ordered taste good, that would have compensated but no so we left. But still would like to share my thoughts on the starters.- Parma ham : You could tell just by look it's very aged and i'm NOT referring to duration meat was cured ! There's not the slightest hint of oil glistening and it's got a 'stored too long' taste. - Grilled ox tongue : Take one, we had to send it back cos it was not seasoned at all. Take two, didn't have any improvement, sigh. - Bread : Dry no softness and when i asked for olive oil and balsamic vinegar, the nice waitress asked me what is balsamic vinegar. - Crispy bread with tomato thing trying to emulate bruschetta but without success. Only starter that we had no complaints were grilled octopus.

今个月生日🎂7月之星有成4个人🥳🎂上网见到好似好好味个西班牙海鲜饭🥘吸引左我来试，一入门口暗暗地够气氛，book左楼上，啲员工好有礼貌招待。。。。。野食质素都好好，最正系个西班牙海鲜饭，同慢煮乳猪，价钱适中，会再推荐朋友来食🥰😘

脱离居家工作，可以四出觅食，令到沉睡的斗志重燃起来！是日的午餐吃西班牙菜，先上桌的蒜蓉大虾乃西班牙小食当中小人的至爱：蒜香浓郁又入味，虾肉够香，爽弹有致，吃着超过瘾，风味相当独特，一刻清碟！不少餐厅都会供应各类的焗蘑菇菜式，这儿的蘑菇肉厚味浓，夹杂著柔和的芝士味道和口感都相当不错，虽则并非甚么惊为天人之作，不过就是食得出有分别，值得一试。煮八爪鱼就是一条大八爪鱼须，肉质果然够挺 - 挺得有点靭！肉是无味的，蘸了碟上的汁亦于事无补，正所谓试过就算。鱿鱼筒配大虾，又是一道不太讨好的菜式。虾是大只的，鱿鱼筒亦然，奈何都烧得不够香，突出不了食材本身的鲜味。主菜方案感觉好像本地化了些，似乎餐厅在正宗西班牙风味与地道茶记之间取得了平衡。

1. 服务差: 成间餐厅得我地呢一枱, 2个女侍应好被动, 成日企埋一起倾计. 叫到先做. 埋单走𠮶阵 一句多谢都冇. 尢如在茶餐厅用饍. 2. 价钱贵: 乳猪4,5 旧, 3百几蚊. 唔扺食. 叫咗虾意粉, 沙律, 烧鸡, 咁就九百几蚊. 3. 意粉一般, 虾较新鲜. 4. 当日系为咗庆祝纪念日, 特意嚟呢间餐厅, 呢个侍应亦知, 而且我地少食西班牙菜., 又睇到呢度既好评. 所以嚟试下. 但最后系失望, 完全无宾至如回归既感觉. 早知去食迥转寿司好过.
