Located on the bustling corner of SoHo’s Staunton and Aberdeen Streets, Stazione Novella is a neighbourhood Italian bar that honours the simple Italian wine bars around the train station in Florence that welcome guests from morning to evening. Stazione Novella serves fresh coffee and orange juice as well as an all-day menu of panini, bruschette, salumi and cheeses made with premium ingredients imported from Italy. Open from breakfast until bed, Stazione Novella is a venue to be enjoyed at any time of day.

Stazione Novella是位于Soho的Shaunton街的Black Sheep餐厅集团的成员。这是一家酒吧，灵感来自佛罗伦萨的Santa Maria Novella火车站。营业时间是7。每天上午30点至中午12点。最近几周我们在这里访问了几次，结果好坏参半。Stazione Novella早期开放，使其成为Soho周围早期咖啡和小吃的理想选择。我们尝试了他们的espressos，遗憾的是不是很好。我们期待更好，并没有找到在我们前往佛罗伦萨期间所采取的相似之处。帕尼尼（HK $ 98）味道不错。另一个晚上的访问更好。我们服用了Aperol Spritz，虽然有些通用但仍然很好。在酒吧后面混合的negroni是非常好的，一个很好的杜松子酒和苦艾酒饮料，我很乐意重新订购。最后，我们没有找到足够的理由返回这里进行早间访问，但晚上可以在晚餐前后再次享用一杯饮料或葡萄酒。

I loved their aperitif culture which means some alcoholic beverages and fingerfood before dinner time. And you guys nailed it! I came by myself, but I never felt lonely. The bartenders were beyond friendly, especially one, Pun is his name. They also refilled the snacks (pizza pieces, avocado, tuna and tomato/ parmesan crispy bread, eggs with a dip and some more). Nice atmosphere attracts friendly relaxed guests, the stuff is super friendly and attentive! Cannot recommend enough! I will definitely come back! Thanks for the nice evening!

好休闲嘅一间bar..，自己去过一次就好似中左毒一様，心思思想再去。佢地嘅prosecco就令我非常难忘，第一次饮到中左毒咁饮，就系系呢度！星期一至六，佢地都有几种snack free 比客人食，味道一D都不马虎，我觉得系香港应该冇边间bar 会系咁做！如果唔想饮酒味太种嘅饮品，就可以试下aperol spritz. 都几好饮架！

Went there around 13:45 for lunch and it was rather quiet. A nice place to eat and chat without much noise. Definitely a good place to have a casual meeting during the day. I ordered the fillet steak panini and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was served pretty quickly which was hot and smooth. It was shortly followed by the panini. The bread was crispy and the fillet steak, cut into small pieces, was tasty. Given the quality, the price is very reasonable!

早几晚同几个朋友行PMQ, 之后上左去soho饮野。一上到士丹顿街就见到Stazione Novella. 招牌好熟口面，谂返起上个月去Art Central都帮衬过㖞，原来主店就响呢度。坐低睇menu见到好多Italy wine, 问店员有咩红酒推介，佢就介绍左Buondonno Chianti Classico, 唔错易入口。跟住叫左个panini有mozzarella, pesto. 热辣辣香喷喷好好味 𩠌酒简直一绝，令我有点怀念多年前系意大利旅游既感觉。一般酒吧真系好难食到意式风情，对于我呢个意菜控非常满意，下次可以再encore!
